Logos and brand identity, packaging, catalogues, brochures and campaign creative — quoted at a fixed price against a defined deliverable list, with the editable source handed over at the end of every project.
When a design job runs to nine rounds of revisions, it is almost never because the designer lacked talent. It is because nobody agreed, in writing, what the piece was for, who would read it, and what it had to make them do. Without that, every review becomes a conversation about personal taste — and taste has no stopping condition. We settle the brief first, and collect three references you like and three you do not, because those six examples resolve more disagreement than an hour of discussion ever does.
The other half of the problem is ownership. A great many businesses in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad are sitting on a logo they cannot edit, in a format their printer cannot use, because the designer who made it kept the working file. Every project we deliver hands over the editable source alongside the exports. If you want your next revision done in-house or by somebody else, nothing we deliver should stand in your way.
Not a logo on its own — a logo plus the system that keeps it usable. Colour palette with print and screen values, type hierarchy, spacing rules, what to do when the background is dark, and the horizontal variant your signage fabricator will ask for. Delivered as a short brand guide your team and your vendors can both follow without calling us.
Structural and surface design for FMCG, food, pharma and industrial packaging, prepared to the specification your printer actually needs — dielines, bleed, spot colours and the statutory declarations Indian labelling rules require. We speak to your printer before artwork is finalised, which is where most packaging jobs go wrong.
Product catalogues, company profiles, technical brochures and price lists. Common for the Pune and PCMC engineering belt and for the Surat and Vadodara export trade, where a printed catalogue still opens the conversation. Built so the layout can absorb new SKUs later instead of being rebuilt annually.
Campaign creative for Meta and Google, festival and launch posts, and templated sets your own team can update in Canva between campaigns. Designed against the ad formats and safe zones each platform enforces, so nothing important gets cropped off a Story.
Stall graphics, standees, backdrops, hoardings, shop signage, letterheads and visiting cards. Supplied at correct resolution for the size actually being printed — the single most common failure in Indian print work is a web-resolution logo enlarged to eight feet.
Investor decks, sales presentations and tender documents. Built as an editable master template with real slide layouts, so your team can add slides for the next pitch without the design falling apart on slide fourteen.
A logo priced at ₹3,000 is a drawing. What makes it usable is everything around it — how it behaves at 12mm on a visiting card and at eight feet on a hoarding, what happens on a photograph, which colours are permitted alongside it. We sell the system, because the drawing alone generates a phone call every time somebody needs a new size.
RGB artwork sent to a press comes back a different colour, and nobody notices until five thousand cartons are printed. Print work is prepared in CMYK with bleed, correct spot colours and an agreed proof; screen work is prepared in RGB at platform dimensions. An agency that exports the same file for both is going to cost you a reprint.
Every project hands over editable source — AI, PSD, INDD or Figma — plus exported formats. Designers who keep the working files are creating a dependency, not a relationship. If you want to take the next revision elsewhere, or do it in-house, you should be able to.
We agree what the piece is for, who reads it and what it must make them do before we design. That turns review meetings from opinion into assessment, which is what stops a job that should take two weeks from running to nine rounds of revisions.
Published ranges, quoted fixed against a deliverable list before we start.
| Deliverable | Typical range | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Logo & brand identity | ₹18,000 – ₹75,000 | Logo suite, colour and type system, usage rules and a short brand guide. The range reflects how many applications — stationery, signage, packaging, vehicle livery — are included. |
| Catalogue or brochure | ₹800 – ₹2,000 / page | Layout, image preparation and print-ready artwork. Per-page rate falls with volume; a 60-page product catalogue prices very differently from an 8-page profile. |
| Packaging / label | ₹12,000 – ₹45,000 per SKU | Dieline-accurate artwork, statutory compliance, print liaison and proofing. Variants of the same structure are quoted at a reduced rate. |
| Social creative retainer | ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 / month | An agreed monthly volume of posts, stories and ad creative, plus editable templates your team can run between campaigns. |
We ask what the piece has to achieve, who sees it and where — and we ask for three examples you like and three you do not. Those six references settle more disagreements than any amount of discussion, and they are collected before we design anything.
Two or three genuinely different directions, not one idea in three colours. Presented with the reasoning behind each so you are choosing on fit rather than on first impression. This is the stage where changing your mind is free.
You pick a direction and we develop it through an agreed number of revision rounds — usually two, stated in the quote. Rounds are defined as consolidated feedback from your side, not individual messages, which keeps the schedule honest for both of us.
Final files in every format you need — print-ready CMYK with bleed, screen exports, and the editable source. For print jobs we co-ordinate with your printer and check the proof before the run, because that is the point where mistakes become expensive.
Logo and brand identity work runs ₹18,000 to ₹75,000 depending on how many applications are included — a logo with a basic colour and type system sits at the lower end, a full identity covering stationery, signage, packaging and vehicle livery at the upper. Catalogues and brochures are priced per page, typically ₹800 to ₹2,000, falling with volume. Packaging is ₹12,000 to ₹45,000 per SKU including print liaison. Social creative is usually a monthly retainer between ₹15,000 and ₹40,000. We quote fixed prices against a defined deliverable list and a stated number of revision rounds rather than charging hourly.
Graphic design covers brand and communication material — logos, packaging, catalogues, brochures, advertising and social creative. UI/UX design covers the interfaces people actually use: app screens, web app flows, dashboards, checkout journeys. They need different skills and different deliverables; a brand identity is judged on recognition and consistency, an interface on whether people can complete a task. We do both, but through separate teams and separate processes — if you need product and interface work, our UI/UX design page covers that side.
Yes, on every project, without asking and at no extra charge. You receive the working files — Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or Figma depending on the job — alongside exported print and screen formats. Some studios withhold source files so you have to return for every future change; we think that is a poor way to earn repeat work. You commissioned it, you should own it.
Yes, and we prefer to speak to your printer before artwork is finalised rather than after. Packaging fails at the press for predictable reasons — wrong dieline, missing bleed, spot colours specified as process, artwork built at the wrong scale, or statutory declarations positioned where the fold hides them. We work to the dieline your printer supplies, prepare in CMYK with correct spot colour separation, and check the proof before the run.
Two rounds as standard, and it is written into the quote rather than left vague. A round means consolidated feedback from your side — one list, after everyone who needs to comment has commented. That distinction matters: projects overrun when feedback arrives as twenty separate messages over three weeks. Additional rounds beyond the agreed two are charged at a stated rate, which you will have seen before starting.
Yes. We are based in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad and take graphic design work across Maharashtra and beyond — Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, Nashik, Surat and Vadodara among others. Design is largely remote work; the parts that benefit from being in person are the initial brief and, for packaging, the press check. We travel for press checks on significant print runs because that is where an expensive mistake gets caught.
We can, and sometimes it is genuinely all that is needed — a new sub-brand, a product mark, an internal initiative. But if this is your primary business identity, a logo alone tends to be a false economy: within a few months someone needs it in white on a dark background, or at signage scale, or alongside a colour nobody chose, and each of those becomes a separate request. The minimum system we recommend — logo variants, colour values, type and spacing rules — is not much more than the logo on its own and prevents all of that.
Yes, as a monthly retainer with an agreed volume of posts, stories and ad creative. We also build you editable templates so routine posts can be handled in-house between campaigns and the retainer is spent on work that genuinely needs a designer. If you are also running the campaigns themselves, this usually sits better alongside our digital marketing or Meta ads work so that creative and media planning are not happening in two separate conversations.
