Critical issues — site down, checkout failing, forms not sending — carry a four-hour response SLA on the Growth plan and one hour on Enterprise. Routine content requests are completed within one working day. Requests are raised by email or WhatsApp and tracked so nothing gets lost in a chat thread.
Malware removal is included in the Growth and Enterprise plans. We isolate the site, remove injected files, patch the entry point, rotate all credentials and submit the site for Google Safe Browsing review. Sites on a daily-backup plan are usually restored the same day.

No. Contracts are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. On exit we hand over all backups, credentials and documentation and close our access. We would rather keep clients on results than on a contractual penalty.
An AMC covers upkeep of the existing site. A full redesign, a new module, a migration to another platform or a new e-commerce build are separate projects and are quoted separately — though AMC clients get them at a reduced rate.
