Staff can mark attendance only when their phone is inside the boundary of an approved site — no biometric machine needed at every location.
Biometric machines work when everyone reports to one gate. They break down for construction sites, sales teams, security guards, service technicians and businesses with many small branches. Buddy-punching, paper registers and phone calls to the supervisor fill the gap, and payroll inherits the guesswork.
A geofencing attendance system draws a virtual boundary — a radius around a GPS point — around each site. The employee's phone checks its location when they punch in or out, and only accepts the punch inside the boundary. Add a selfie and device binding and you get attendance you can trust from anywhere, without installing hardware.

Colleagues mark each other present, or punches are made from home.
Biometric devices at dozens of temporary or small locations are costly and hard to maintain.
Paper registers and WhatsApp messages leave no reliable record when hours are questioned.
Set a GPS point and radius for each office, plant, site or client location; assign staff to one or many.
Photo captured with every punch, optionally matched against the employee's enrolled photo.
Mock-location app detection and device binding so one phone can't punch for several people.
Punches recorded without signal and synced with original timestamps when the phone reconnects.
Optional check-ins at client visits for sales and service teams, with time on site.
Daily muster, late marks, overtime and site-wise hours exported to payroll or HRMS.
Locations, radii and shift rules defined for each site.
Android and iOS app installed and employees enrolled.
New attendance checked against the existing method for a pay cycle.
Attendance flows into payroll or your existing HRMS.
Pricing
Geofencing attendance is available as part of our attendance and HRMS products, priced per employee per month, or as a custom build for larger organizations — quoted after we understand your sites and shifts.
Each site has a GPS centre point and radius. When an employee punches in, the app reads the phone's location and accepts the punch only if it falls inside an assigned boundary, usually with a selfie for identity.
Fake-GPS apps exist, so the system checks for mock-location settings, binds each employee to a registered device and records a selfie, which together make spoofing difficult and visible.
The punch, location and time are stored on the phone and uploaded when the network returns, keeping the original timestamp.
Yes. Employees can be assigned to multiple geofences, and site-wise hours are reported separately — useful for multi-location (GPRS-style) attendance.
Location is read at punch time, not tracked all day, unless you enable optional field-visit tracking.
